ADHD & neurodivergent therapy

Therapy that understands how your brain actually works

Many clients arrive having been told they are ‘too much’, ‘too sensitive’ or ‘not trying hard enough’. Here, we recognise that your difficulties are not a character flaw – they are often a nervous system doing its best in environments that weren’t built with you in mind.

  • Understanding your ADHD profile and nervous system
  • Calming strategies for overwhelm, shame and RSD
  • Support with routines, planning and follow-through
  • Exploring masking, identity and burnout
  • Advocating for support at work, study or home

Sessions can combine therapeutic exploration with structured coaching, anchored in what will genuinely make the biggest difference to your day-to-day life.

“For the first time, my forgetfulness and messiness were treated with curiosity instead of criticism. We made tiny, sustainable changes that I can actually keep up with.”

Short focused blocks (6–12 sessions) or open-ended support available.

Ideal if you are newly diagnosed, awaiting assessment, or exploring if ADHD may fit your experience.

How it works

Gentle steps towards feeling more grounded

1. Brief initial consultation

A free 25-minute discovery call to ask questions, share what brings you to therapy and get a feel for whether we are the right fit. There is no pressure to commit.

2. Individual or Group Sessions

We take time to understand your history, current challenges and what you are hoping for. We will suggest and agree on a regular time and decide together whether a focused block or open-ended work feels best.

3. Ongoing support

We will check in regularly on how therapy feels, what is shifting, and what you may need more or less of. You are always welcome to ask for adjustments, pauses or reviews.

Client experiences

Therapy that feels steady, not overwhelming

“Sana has been absolutely professional and kind in all of our messages and sessions. She's very purposeful in our sessions and in following up with useful tools to support continuing the flow of conversation from week to week."

— Individual therapy client **

"Sana has been the greatest help to me on my mental health journey to date. She continually validated my experience and my feelings (something I had not experienced prior), kept up to date with me during the week. She really changed any viewpoint on therapy."

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you?

No. Many clients are exploring whether ADHD or another form of neurodivergence may explain their experiences. We can work together whether you are pre-assessment, post-diagnosis, or unsure. Therapy is not a diagnostic service, but it can be a supportive space alongside or instead of assessment.

Is therapy online or in person?

Most sessions are held online via secure video, which allows for flexible scheduling and accessibility. A limited number of in-person appointments are available in London in a quiet, comfortable room. We can discuss your preferences during your consultation.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies depending on what you are hoping for and what feels manageable financially and emotionally. Some people benefit from a focused block of 6–12 sessions, while others prefer longer-term therapy. We will review this regularly together and you are free to end whenever you choose.

Is there a waiting list?

Availability does fluctuate. I will let you know current options during your consultation. If there is a wait, I can suggest interim resources and, where appropriate, trusted colleagues to contact.

What if I am worried therapy will be overwhelming?

It is completely understandable to feel cautious. We will move slowly, build in grounding and regulation, and agree together how to keep sessions at a level that feels stretching but not flooding. It is always okay to say if something feels too much or if you need a pause.
